For this reason, employees have access to a digital whistleblowing system through which they can report violations anonymously. Business partners also have the opportunity to submit reports anonymously and confidentially via the whistleblowing system.

Credibility and reputation are inextricably linked to the business success of the Offner Group. Therefore, we have a strong interest in the swift and consistent clarification of criminal offenses and misconduct. To achieve this, we rely on information provided by responsible individuals.

As a whistleblower, you can be assured that you will not suffer any disadvantages as a result of information provided in good faith and to the best of your knowledge.
All information is treated with strict confidentiality at Offner. If you believe you have information about an incident, please report it as promptly as possible.
We firmly believe that whistleblowing helps protect our Offner values and principles. It also enables problems to be identified early, damage to be avoided or minimized, and the effort required for remedial measures to be reduced. If there are any grievances or irregularities, we want you to feel comfortable contacting us without hesitation.
Receipt of a whistleblowing report will be acknowledged within seven days, provided a contact address has been supplied or set up. The whistleblower will also receive feedback on the report within a maximum of three months after the acknowledgment of receipt.
All reports are taken seriously and are investigated promptly and thoroughly.
However, knowingly false information must not be provided. Any person who knowingly and intentionally submits a false whistleblowing report or deliberately provides false or misleading information may face disciplinary measures or other legal action.
How our whistleblower system helps protect your privacy
- No identifying information is provided to the contacts.
- Your message will be stylometrically redacted to provide you with an even higher level of anonymity. We remove all punctuation and convert all words to lowercase.
- All information is end-to-end encrypted, so your sensitive information remains safe.
What you can do to protect yourself
- You are not on the corporate network (Internet/VPN).
- You should not use a device (smartphone, computer, etc) that is provided by your employer.
- You should not use the kinds of idioms or abbreviations that you frequently use in conversations or when writing emails.
